Chef Henry Eng is the chef/owner of number5kitchen, our San Carlos partner for the Wine + Food Experience. His cooking is rooted in seasonal ingredients, regenerative farms, local ranchers, and sustainably sourced seafood. 

Henry’s style draws on his experiences in Hong Kong, New York, Tokyo, London, and Singapore, bringing a thoughtful, globally influenced approach to each monthly pairing menu.
